Subaru Legacy Interior Dimensions

The Subaru Legacy lets five people sit comfortably in 105.5 cubic feet of passenger space. This roomy cabin features space to stretch your legs, whether you're behind the wheel or sitting in the back seat.

Up front, the driver and front passenger have 39.4 inches of headroom and 42.8 inches of legroom. The backseat has 37.2 inches of headroom and 39.5 inches of legroom. The rear of the sedan is also wide enough for three people to sit comfortably with 57.4 inches of shoulder room.

Behind the second row, you'll have lots of convenient cargo room. The trunk features 15.1 cubic feet of space. If you need to load more, or grab something quickly from the trunk, you can fold the standard 60/40 split flat-folding rear seats.

Subaru Legacy Amenities & Design

This spacious cabin is also quite stylish. It comes with cloth seats, but leather-trimmed upholstery is also available. You can also add a leather-wrapped steering wheel and gear shift knob. Even the controls are stylish, with available features like push-button start, making it easier to get up and go. There are plenty of ways to get settled in for a road trip inside the Legacy:

A manually adjustable driver's seat comes standard, but a 10-way power adjustable driver's seat is available with lumbar support. Your copilot can also relax with an 8-way power adjustable front passenger's seat.

Dual-zone Climate Control is also available to set the perfect temperature for everyone. There's also an available heated steering wheel, ventilated front seats, and heated front and rear outboard seats. It's also easy to keep a cold drink or hot chocolate close by with eight cup and bottle holders.

There are even fun features on the roof, too. An available power moonroof can brighten up your ride and give your passengers a view, while an available auto-dimming rearview mirror reduces glare.

Subaru Legacy Technology

The Subaru Legacy comes with a large touchscreen display in the center of the dashboard. A 7-inch STARLINK® Dual Multimedia screen comes standard, but an 11.6-inch display is also available for easier infotainment access. Both screens have smartphone compatibility equipped with standard:

The infotainment system also offers lots of music. Both SiriusXM® All Access Radio and HD Radio® come standard. You can also enjoy excellent sound quality with a Harman Kardon® premium audio system that unleashes robust audio quality through 12 speakers.
