Subaru Ascent: Interior Dimensions

The Subaru Ascent has room for the whole family. There are three rows of seats with space for up to eight people. A second-row bench seat comes standard, but a pair of captain's chairs is also available. While they drop the seating capacity down to seven, they also offer easy access to the back row with a convenient center aisle.

There's plenty of space to stretch your legs, too, with 153.5 cubic feet of passenger room. The front seats feature 42.2 inches of legroom. Passengers can enjoy 38.6 inches of legroom in the middle and 31.7 inches in the third row.

The Ascent also has space for all your groceries, golf bags, and boxes. The trunk features 17.8 cubic feet of cargo room, plus folding seats in the both the second and third rows. With both rows folded down, you'll have 86.5 cubic feet of cargo room.

Subaru Ascent: Interior Amenities

Cloth seats come standard in the Subaru Ascent, but spill-resistant cloth and leather seats are also available. You can also add a stylish leather-wrapped steering wheel and gear shift knob. In addition to the available captain's chairs, the Ascent makes it easy to get in and out with Keyless Access and a Power Rear gate.

Once you're packed up and ready to go, you can set the perfect temperature for everyone with tri-zone climate control. There are even rear seat climate controls. The cabin is designed to be comfortable year-round with heated and ventilated front seats, a heated steering wheel, and heated second-row seats. You can also let lots of light in with a panoramic moonroof.

The front seats also offer a 10-way power adjustable driver's seat with memory and lumber support as well as a 4-way power adjustable front passenger's seat. Everyone on board can relax and stay refreshed with 19 cupholders throughout the interior.

Subaru Ascent: Infotainment System

The Subaru Ascent comes with a dashboard touchscreen that's loaded with smartphone compatibility. The SUBARU STARLINK® Multimedia Plus system has a standard 6.5-inch screen, but an 8-inch screen is also available.

Both options include Bluetooth®, so you can stream music, reply to text messages, and make hands-free calls. You'll also have access to your phone's apps with Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™. Plus, to give you even more music to choose from, both HD Radio® and SiriusXM® All Access Radio come standard too.

A voice-activated navigation system is also available. You can enter an address without taking your hands off the wheel, then get turn by turn directions that follow the fastest route.
